It will transmit to the visitor the implications and opportunities offered by the concept of hydrographic catchment areas as units of management, as opposed to artificial political-administrative divisions of space, proposing the comprehensive management of the area and the shared responsibility of the different users. The visitor will go around the following tour:
- The political world in which we live. This a a maze comprising a graphic system that recreates a suffocating atmosphere for the visitor, highlighting the administrative divisions that affect the management of a common natural resource,as is water.
- The challenge to rethink. By means of an escalator the visitor goes up to the higher part of the installation in which they reach a water vapour tunnel without a view outside where, by means of sound, the visitor receives the message that a new course needs to be followed in favour of a solution to the water problems we suffer.
- The physical environment. From here it is possible to observe a map of a hydrographic catchment area, showing the visitor the physical environment we live in, on occasions not recognisable due to political and administrative divisions.
- The management of the catchment area. Descending the connected ramps, the visitor approaches a physical map which explains the importance of the concept of the hydrographic catchment area as a water mangement unit.
- The catchment area, our common home. The visitor approaches all they have seen before from a distance and obtains more detailed information about the virtues of water management on a water catchment area basis.
