backThe aim of the University Days organized by ‘Ingeniería Sin Fronteras Aragon’ was to mobilize people and raise social awareness. Encounters took place over March and April 2007 on the ‘Río Ebro’ University Campus.
Through this initiative, the NGO hoped to share with the student population the personal reflections and experiences of those who work on achieving the Universal Right to Basic Services, especially with regards to the access to water and energy.
Mr. Eduardo Mestre, director of the Water Tribune, attended the University Days as a sign of Expo Zaragoza 2008’s support to the event. Mr. Mestre addressed the University auditorium on Thursday 26 April at 10:00 a.m. to present the Water Tribune’s mission.
