5. Applicable law and jurisdiction.

These general terms, as the particular terms of any of the services of this portal, are regulated by the Spanish Laws. In case of conflict or claim concerning this web, the parties submit, renouncing to any other judicial court, to the institutional jurisdiction of the Court of Arbitration of Zaragoza, which is in charge of the appointment of the arbitrator or arbitrators, and the administering of the arbitrating, committing themselves from this very moment to the compliance of the arbitral decision.
