International Press Centre is located next to the Expo building. The facilities have multiple services to make the work of the journalist comfortable in the different events that take place during the International Exhibition of Zaragoza, from 14 June to 14 September 2008.

International Press Centre services:

• >Press Conference Hall. Located in the International Press Centre ground floor, press conferences take place here. It has 168 places with audio and video signal.
• Newsroom. It is located in the International Press Centre basement floor and has 166 redaction places with 48 computers (with audio and video signal) and WiFi access.
• Editing rooms, radio studios and TV sets. Located in the International Press Centre basement room, next to the Newsroom. There are 4 editing rooms, 2 radio studios and 2 all-purpose usage TV sets.
• Outside terrace. The International Press Centre upper floor offers the possibility of 2 radio or TV sets with views to the site.
• Other services:
  
  • Booking service – 24h service
  • Journalist attention service - from 9:00 am to 2:00 am
  • Distribution of the informative material area
  • Rest/vending area
     

In the Expo site there are also several areas that would be used as radio and/or TV outdoor studio with views to the site. These areas are located in the:

• River Aquarium – terrace (outside)
• Autonomous Communities Building – cover (outside)
• Oasis Pavilion (Ebre 5)
• Amphitheatre
• Conference Centre (inside)
• Water Tower (base)
• Balconies

The usage of these services works with previous reservation, at least fifteen days early, under Booking rates, to the e-mail direction bookingrtv@expo2008.es attaching the correspondent form.
